By releasing the Playbook to Your Cybersecurity Journey and the foundational D&AI Cybersecurity roadmaps - Cybersecurity Framework, Value & Governance - we will secure buy in from the Corporate Leadership, your Peers and your Team and we’ll be ready for the next phase.

Focus : Building on the foundation established in WorkStream 1, WorkStream 2 will empower the I&T leader seeking to formalize operational Cybersecurity Capabilities. By releasing the D&AI Cybersecurity Operational Roadmaps, we will be focusing on modelling your D&AI Cybersecurity organization and its operating model, ignite (or revive) a Cyber aware culture, nurture Cybersecurity Talents (SecOps, DevSecOps..) and manage the Cybersecurity related Change. Last but not least, we’ll focus on Security Operations : the Security Operations Center will enable scaling Cybersecurity Capabilities and functions for your organization and its ecosystem.
